1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rr55 currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions outside of these methods are not possible.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The applicable limits for each payment method are listed below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (all methods)

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. This time may increase somewhat while a verification process is underway.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. Winnings from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal (see section 4 for details). rr55 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for suspicious transactions until additional verification is completed.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at rr55, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated alongside the offer.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed using multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per person or household.
• rr55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

rr55's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rewards are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. VIP benefits apply to active accounts only. rr55 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Proper Platform Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or another person's information.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or technical flaw to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or any fraudulent method.
• Playing or transacting using third-party funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other platform users or using inappropriate language.

7 Game Fairness & Technical Issues

7.1 Fair Play

rr55 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair play, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical fault, server disconnection, or software issue, rr55 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

rr55 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is found.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious behavior.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.
• Upon your own request (self-exclusion).

If an account with a valid balance is closed, the funds will be returned after verification is completed. However, if the closure is due to fraud or a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.
